Booking a cleaning is easy! You can request a quote by texting, calling, or filling out our contact form on the website. Once we receive your details, we’ll provide an estimate and schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you.

Yes! Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning include interior appliance cleaning. If you’d like this as part of a regular cleaning, please request it as an extra service.
No, you don’t need to be home. You can provide entry instructions, such as a key, lockbox code, or garage access. Your security and privacy are our top priorities!
We love pets! 🐶🐱 Let us know in advance if you have pets so we can take appropriate precautions. If needed, we may ask that they be secured in a separate area for their comfort and safety.

Cleaning duration varies depending on your home’s size and the type of service booked. We will provide an estimate and inform you of the assigned cleaning team.
If our schedule allows, we are happy to accommodate extra services. Please let us know as early as possible!
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
We try to send the same cleaning team whenever possible for consistency. However, availability may vary, but rest assured that all of our professionals are highly trained and background-checked.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate your needs!
